A Property Floor Plan is a visual diagram showing a clear and simple overview of the internal layout/arrangement of a house or building scaled and viewed from an overhead viewpoint.
As a minimum, a Floor Plan will include measurements, all rooms, spaces, doors, staircases and other physical features at each level of the building.
Floor plans can used for many purposes, for example: - help design furniture layout, redesigning a new kitchen/dining room, lighting systems, wiring systems, sound systems and much much more.
They are also a valuable, informative report to provide if you are selling or letting your property, as Floor Plans can be most beneficial in communicating the flow of your property, allowing potential home buyers or tenants to clearly see the layout of the property and visualize the various possibilities and potentials the property may hold.
